Information notice required to be given pursuant to art. 13 of
Law Decree dated 30.6.2003 n. 196

1. All personal data gathered by SLA Studio Legale Associato is treated by computers and by hand in a totally confidential manner and solely for the purposes of the professional activity of the Firm, compliance with obligations arising under law, regulations and European Community law (in which case the provision of data is obligatory) together with the carrying out of activities strictly connected with or inherentto the management of the relationship with clients (in which case provision of data is not obligatory, but failure to provide consent to the treatment of data will prevent SLA Studio Legale Associato from providing said services).
   
   
2. Personal data will not be transmitted or communicated to third parties without the prior consent of the interested party, except in those cases provided for under the law.
   
   
3. In accordance with art. 13 of Law dated 30.6.2003 n. 196 the interested party may, at any time, obtain the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data regarding him/her, and the cancellation and/or transformation of the same in an anonymous format or the block of any data which has been treated in breach of the relevant law, or the updating, or the correction or integration of the same. The interested party may also object to the treatment of personal data carried out for purposes other than those stated in point 1 above.
